Terms and Conditions
1. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days pending receipt of a 25% deposit and written confirmation/booking form.
2. The balance of payment is due 28 days prior to arrival date. Non-payment by this date will be treated as a cancellation.
3. In the event of a cancellation we will make every effort to re-let the property. If successful, your payment will be refunded (less an administration charge of £20). If we are unable to re-let the property all monies paid will be forfeited
4. Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Lettings commence from 4.00 pm on the arrival day and the property must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Alternative arrival/departure times may be available during off-peak periods - please call to discuss
5. You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the property, which is grade 2 listed, as is the Lawn area at the front of the property and it must be treated appropriately and with respect for neighbouring residents. You must ensure that the house, equipment and utensils are left clean and tidy after your stay.
6. Minor damage and breakages will not be charged to you, but please help us by letting us know as soon as possible if any items need to be replaced, repaired or cleaned. We reserve the right to make a charge for expenses incurred.
7. The use of the accommodation and amenities is entirely at your own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for any injury, loss or damage to any occupants of the property. Please ensure children are adequately supervised at all times.
